A Note of Gratitude for My Healing Journey
I carry deep gratitude in my heart—for the journey that broke me open and, in doing so, brought me home to myself.
There was a time when pain was my constant companion, and silence echoed louder than words. But even in the darkest moments, a quiet strength stirred within me—a whisper of hope, a spark of resilience.
I am thankful for every wound that taught me wisdom, every scar that became a symbol of survival.
For the courage to walk away from what no longer served me, and the faith to start anew, even when the road ahead was uncertain.
Healing came slowly—through tears, through time, through creating.
Through the gentle rhythm of a paintbrush, the soothing loop of yarn in my hands, and the stories I now tell not just with words, but with colour, form, and texture.
I am deeply grateful for my children, my pets, my art, and the beautiful souls who walked beside me with love and light.
Grateful to the universe for returning my voice, my joy, and my peace.
This space is not just a reflection of my art—it is a reflection of my healing.
And if you are reading this, know that healing is possible. Light returns. Wholeness returns. You return.
With love and gratitude,
Dr. Ina Jain
