• Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days.
• Digital Products & Services: In case of digital art downloads or online services, refunds or exchanges are not available under any circumstances.
